Im a junior player and I find it really hard to keep my calm when the other player is dominating. What do you suggest i do?

The main thing is to find the reason you are becoming anxious and then find ways to lower your emotional level. There are a lot of techniques you can use but it is also important to get to the heart of why you are getting too excited.
When someone attacks you after you return their serve, don't panic, stay calm, and track the ball closely. This will give you the best chance to return the ball effectively.
