Returning reverse pendulum serve

Hello sir, can i get a tip on how to return a reverse pendulum serve?

Hi Xain,

The main thing is to watch for whether the serve has topspin or backspin.  You know it will have sidespin on it.

The angle of the bat on contact will give you some clues.  The contact can be tricky to interpret but by watching carefully and getting lots of practice against it you will start to get the feel of the topspin or backspin.
