How to learn ping pong fast as a beginner? Can a beginner learn spins?

Hi Othniel,
The most important thing to start with is to learn the basic strokes. Take a look through our Strokes & Technique page. This will list for you the strokes that you should progress through.
Some of them will involve spin. Initially though don't focus on spin, focus on getting the basic strokes correct.
