Serving

When I try to make a ghost serve the ball either goes straight to my opponents hitting zone or doesn't reach the net at all. I have been training this serve for 3 months but still can't get the spin and power correct

Hi Roman,

You need to keep working on it.  It is a very fine skill that may take a bit longer to perfect.

The other thing is to think that you don't need to get the ball to come back to you for an effective serve.  Just think about generating as much backspin as you can.  Sometimes when you focus on getting the ball to come back you hit the ball too slowly making it easier for your opponent to return.
