I have a selection for a tournament on Monday, so I would like to know how to deal with such tough situations. It would be great if you could give me a bit of advice about how I can perform in such situations and how I can deal the pressure.

Regards

Hi Tanish,

The main thing is that you go out and focus on what you can improve in your game.

The pressure is only put on by yourself.  Focus on playing well rather than the result.
