Hello,

For some reason after going to new place in tournament I find myself playing not 100%.

My footwork slows down, I start over thinking. And eventually I lose to good guy.

How to deal with this?

Regards,

Bhushan

Hi Bhushan,

This is common.  Try to remain relaxed and have a good hit up before you start the day’s matches. Slow feet is often a first sign of nervousness.  Try to build up a sweat before the matches and play some practice games before you start.
