Where are the plastic balls

The ITTF is supposed to start using the plastic Ball in tournaments next July, as yet we haven’t found out how to get the ITTF approved 3 star plastic balls, could someone shine a light and tell me if and where they are available worldwide?

You can get them now. In this previous question there are some suggestions.
