how to play with c7 rubber?

Hi Vedant,
C7 is a Long Pimple rubber. It is mainly used as a defensive rubber. It reverses the spin on the ball. It does take a lot of practice to get used to using it. The easiest way at first is to chop down on the ball. Keep your hand relaxed and soft and let the rubber absorb the spin and reverse it.
Like most things though it is practice and more practice to get used to this type of rubber.
