Hi Alois and Jeff,

Yesterday I played with my uncle and I realized that my uncle used no spin serves. When I returned it, the ball went up high and he easily executed it with a flick, smash, or forehand topspin. How to return them?

Thx in advanced! :D

Hi Archel,

If the no spin balls are long and coming off the end of the table then try to play a forehand topspin. If the balls are short and would bounce twice on the table, then try using a flick.

Make sure you don't try and push these balls back as you would a no spin serve or they will end up going high as you've explained.

So, I must play with attacking stroke than the defensive stroke when deal with the no spin serves?

I think this is a better option. You can try and push the ball back short but you'll need to come down on the ball as it doesn't have any spin.
