Strokes
How do i improve in my backspin? Every time I try it, it hits the net. How can i get it over?
Hi Yash,
The backspin can be difficult to get right at first. It is usually about the angle of your racket and the contact on the ball.
If the ball is hitting the net it could be that you have you bat facing too much to the net, rather than more to the roof. Then think about brushing under the ball on contact to generate a little backspin of your own.
