Serving
Hi Alois and Pingskills
I want improve my capacity of reaction in the game, what i can do???do you have some excersises to get better that??
Besides when i play doubles, generally my backspin serves are striked, what i can do to improve the backspin on the ball in differents moments???
Thanks
Hi Cristh,
To improve reactions there are a few things.
My best suggestion to get as much of this as possible is to do a search at the top of the Ask the Coach page. Put in the words "Reaction time". You will see how many responses there are for that. Go through them and you will get a lot of information on how to improve reactions.
To improve the backspin on the ball try to brush the ball faster. As long as you have the correct contact on the ball to get the ball rotating backwards, then by stroking it faster you will start to generate more spin.
