Training
Hi Alois and Jeff, I was wondering how is the best way to improve my game i go training once a week but I still want to get better any tips.
Hi Mohammad,
I think the best thing is to work on technique of strokes. Take a look through our lessons in Strokes & Technique. Then you should follow our Training Plan if you can get a Premium membership. This will give you a guide of how to train for 52 weeks to really develop your game. You will be able to see a program for each week of the year.
It is great you are doing regular training already. This will give you more direction with your improvement.
Session 1 of your 52 week training plan focuses on consistency of your strokes. As such we spend a lot of time working on grooving our strokes. Make sure to also watch the accompanying master class on consistency.

Hi coaches!
About training strokes.
Is it enough to train once a week , 1 hour training strokes +1 hour playing , each time? If I train like this , is it possible to forget some strokes? In othe words, in some training sessions my strokes are good, in other sessions it is bad....... ?

Thanks Jeff
Hi Ardak,
If you train once a week you will be able to maintain your level. I think to really move forward you need to try and find another day or two if that is possible of course.

Hi, coach Alois Rosario!
I really didn't think about do more trainings to move forward. I thought that it is enough once a week if I train effectively + training at home without table. Now, I understand why I am still in 6th league(our city tournaments hold once a months, there are 6-10 players in each league) since 3 months .... Thank you very much!
