Yes you can topspin this ball fast. It is about generating enough topspin on the ball to get it up and down quickly.
Take a look at the Lessons on the Forehand topspin to make sure you have the basics right. To generate more speed get yor bat to move more forward than up.
We show you the effective Kick serve. You will find your opponent making some simple errors if you can get the ball to kick up on them. An important tip to remember is that you want the ball to bounce close to you, be low over the net, and bounce as deep as possible on your opponent's side.

If what you say is true,is that means that if i want spin...the ball is slow...but if i want speed,the spin is less?and i got a little bit confuse that how to topspin the ball fast.'For more speed your swing is more forward to back or horizontal.'What means?
