Serving
How can I Master The Kick Serve?
Hi Aishik,
This is a serve that is basically a fast topspin serve with a disguise of starting in the Pendulum position. Then use your wrist and flick over the top of the ball as fast as you can.
This will generate a lot of topspin with a small compact action and will give your opponent a surprise to see the ball coming at them fast with topspin.

Want to learn it. Just been a victim of this serve. I misjudged the speed/position of the ball, hitting it on my blade edge.
Yes, it can be deceptive. It is not as effective now that you can see the contact of the ball but it can work if done well.
When you were allowed to shield the contact of the ball it was very effective as a surprise serve.
