The breathing in the table tennis

Rosario,...you have a lot knowledge.

Is there important matter correct breathing at all shots (powerfull -topsin, lobs , smash , and light -push, block,flips) ?

Or only at powerfull shots? 

I want to know more about the breathing in the table tennis.

Hi Il,

I think it is more important to regulate your breathing between points.  This will then transfer into a calm breathing pattern during the rally as well.
