Learning forehand loop against different spin

greetings sir alois.. my question is? the proper swing of the arm of the forehand loop heavy topspin is it straight  vertical from down to up or a semi slant down to up? Im confuse.. can u help??

Hi Alex,

The angle of the swing depends on the amount of spin on the ball.  The more backspin the more vertical your swing can be.  If there is less backspin then the stroke can be more horizontal.  It is a matter of making small adjustments for each ball.  that is where the game becomes a bit more complicated.
