Why no lesson on forehand block or backhand smash?

Are these lessons omitted on purpose, or do you intend to add them later?

Thanks.

Hi Michael,

We have them on ou rlist of lessons to do.  Keep watching out for them.

The Backhand smash will be a little further down the list as I don't think this is a stroke that you need to use very often at all.  But we will get to it.

Forehand Smash

The forehand smash is used when the ball is around shoulder height or above. It is a much harder stroke to play than it looks. Follow the tips on this video lesson to ensure your smash is an effective weapon.

No need for backhand smash. To do a backhand smash, it's just like backhand counter only bigger in backswing. It's the least used stroke because in a smash, you have time to adjust to do a forehand smash.

Forehand Block is a smaller version of the counter. The main thing to do is to close your racket and anticipate the ball and simply holding your racket closed close to the table where the ball bounces. If it has weak topspin, simply counter it back since the start and finish position of block and counter are similar.
