Hi Alois

How can I forehand and backhand  smash or hit the ball that is backspin  

What should I do?

Hi Mehmet,

You should use the topspin stroke.  It is also called a loop because you are lifting the ball up.  You need a more vertical stroke but you still need to be brushing the ball to grip it and lift it over the net.
