Last year I purchased a new blade. As soon as I used it I knew that I had found my favourite for the foreseeable future. I'd never had a blade that produced feedback in the same way. I guess it must be a more flexible blade than I had been using and so there was extra vibration. I am convinced this has helped my game even though some others at my club have tried my blade and disliked it.
Anyone else had an almost light bulb moment where something innocuous has had a large positive impact on your level of play?
Hi Nigel,
Thanks for sharing this with us.
Will be interesting to hear from other readers.
To confuse your opponent you need to produce variations in spin. Just by mixing up heavy backspin and light backspin, you make it really difficult for your opponent to control the ball. In this master class we discuss the best ways to achieve this.
