Hi Alois,

How to create a long ball trajectory when we topspin the ball ? I've seen many pros aim the ball further back on the end of the opponents table. I'm really curious since my ball always landed on the middle part of opponent's table. I think it's a better idea to make my oppenent go away from the table for a little more. What should I impove on my stroke ?

Hi Ernest,

To get the ball longer, try flattening out the contact slightly.  The other option is to lift the arm more with your stroke to get the ball longer.  This may also get the ball higher.

The best thing to do though, is to just put a target on the table where you want the ball to land and with time and focus on this, you will start to hit the ball longer naturally.
