Strokes
hello,
I been advised many times that i must watch the ball all the time. This concept is in one of your videos, but i don't really understand what this means.
Sometimes I realize I hit the ball without really looking at the it.
Could you please explain in detail what this means? And how to practice to be able to accomplish the goal?
Thanks
Albert Asis
