Hi jeff and alois!.i want to ask you how the backswing should be.till where should racket be at the end of the backswing and should the hand be bent in the backpwing if so how much.thank you!

Hi Hari,

Try not to get the backswing any further back than the line of your shoulders. So as you rotate back with your shoulders keep your bat in line with our shoulders. The amount of backswing will depend on the amount of time you have for your stroke.
