Is it better to do a spinny loop or a powerful loop?

Hi Michael,

Both of these strokes can be useful.  You should use a variation of the powerful and spinny depending on your opponent.  See what you opponent likes and doesn't like in general but then you still need to use a variation so they don't get used to the one pace and spin.
