I searched for 'Ma Long's serve 2015' and

And I don't quite get how to do that serve. Can you guys please answer my question?

What spin is supposed to be on this Ma Long's serve?
You can do topspin or backspin, all will have sidespin.

Looks like a nice serve to try; Is it possible to generate much spin with the punch serve?

It's pretty easy to add some wrist by adding a slight motion as per the reverse pendulum. If you hide your paddle properly behind you until the last moment, it'll be quite hard to notice fast enough
