Making Use of a Spin bat

Please i am still a learner of table tennis and right from the beginning, i have been making use of a normal bat. Now that i try using a spin bat, i find it difficult using it. Please how do i make use of a spin bat?

Hi Martins,
Firstly it is a good move to be using a spin bat. It will allow you to develop your game.
To adjust to it, hit the ball slowly for a while and use the correct techniques that we show you in our lessons. Start with the Forehand Counterhit and the Backhand Counterhit.
Give yourself some time to adjust, it may take a while but in the long run it will definitiely be better for you.

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.

Thank you so much. I have been practicing that but now i have seen how to do the forehand counterhit and as well as the backhand, i think this will go along way in helping me. Thanks so much. i much appreciate your help
