Sometimes when im doing a forehand drive or a forehand smash i miss the ball and ended up hitting nothing or when i was going to topspin it misses most of the time. My hand also feels a little weak after school so when im doing backhand and forehand it got the net or out. What can i do?

Hi Xain,

The first thing is to watch the ball carefully.  Then make sure that you don't try and swing too hard when playing the smash or topspin.  Concentrate on the contact to start with and then as you get the feel for it, you can increase the pace.  Also ensure you are remaining balanced during the strokes.
