Should i move to where i guess my opponent will make the shot or should i move as he makes the shot

Hi Noah,
Move where you see the ball. Always follow the flight of the ball rather than guessing. Take a look at the lesson on Improving Your Reflexes. I think this will help.

Snake Shot
