hi, i have recordered myself and i observed that i dont have a correct posture, im playing with my kness stright and my back too, so i have been traing to bend my knes but certanly i feel it very hard to do, i dont know why, can you please help me with something to do at home (i have a court at home) to improve my posture because im really really stand up.

This can be a difficult task because it isn't easy on your legs. It does mean you will hurt a bit. Think about the benefit of it though.
I have to constantly remind players about this during training. You should do the same for yourself. The benefits are enormous if you can because you will find yourself moving better and your strokes will become more powerful.
Keep reminding yourself each minute or two about your legs. Eventually it will become more natural.
