Whenever I try to topspin my index finger always move up. Also, my whole wrist moves up a bit. Do you have any tips for keeping the same grip?

Hi Ivy,

Try putting a small piece of paper under the end of your index finger.  This will give you feedback as to whether you are keeping the finger in place.  If the paper falls then you have moved your finger.
