While looping my left leg lifts and I lose balance on the shot. How can I correct this.

Hi Farooq,

In training, focus on the percentages of weight you have on both feet.  Experiment and see if you can change it from 0% to 100% on each foot.  Then work on getting it closer to 50% on both feet when the ball is hitting your racket.

Then in a game situation see if you can start to get a similar feeling.
