Hi Ahmed,

This is a problem that almost every single player has.  Some players just cope with it better.

Take  alook at this previous answer to an Ask the Coach question.

Well, at least you are halfway there!

Trouble for me is that I am not a very good player AND I get nervous!!! ;)

I have found that nervousness can be overcome by playing as much as possible against as many different styles as possible. Your skill levels will improve and this will help your confidence. Try to concentrate on perfecting your strokes and don't worry about whether you are winning. Take advice from advanced players. I hope this helps.

i agree with mike. recently my nerves in a match are much less, this is down to having noticed improvements in my game, knowing im a better player and looking more forward to matches as a result. it can be a slow process but bear with it. the more matches you play the more used to the atmosphere you get and will just go with it more.

seriously, I like to recall what Tiger Woods had to say on the issue...which was that being nervous is a good thing...it shows you care.  Games would be SOOO less exciting if you didn't care enough to be nervous.  That's what we're all playing for, that crucial deuce in the 5th game of a grand final, that chance for glory, the fear of defeat...
