Nittaku and DHS

Hi Alois and Jeff,
this isn't really a question for you guys but I just wanna ask other Pingskillers out there (or maybe your thoughts).
Why is that that Nittaku (Japanese company) are having some usual dealings with DHS (Chinese company)? I mean, DHS are the originators of the NEO products but Nittaku made their own NEO products but changed DHS with their label. And they added some more products using Japanese topsheet with Chinese sponge. Nittaku also sells their products bigger than DHS.
What's up with this? Does anybody have knowledge regarding this matter?
