Hi guys,

Now I have a new problem. Finally I can do topspin from backspin but when i make that and opponent blocks it back Im not able to make next topspin properly because I'm too late. This is specially happening when i use forehand to opponents forehand.

Thank and regards

Timo

Hi Timo,

The important part here is to remain balanced while doing the first topspin.  Often when players make the first topspin they try to do too much and throw themselves off balance making it difficult to do the follow up shot.

The other thing to consider is your placement of the first topspin. If you can place it to a difficult position for the opponent they won't be able to make a strong first ball back to you.

Hi Alois,

I think you right, my movement is so big when I make that opening. I also do it almost everytime cross. So i better practise more opening to the middle and line.

Thank you very much for your advices.

Timo
