I have a paddle from sportcraft that has pips-in rubbers [www(.)sportcraftpingpong.blogspot(.)com/2009/12/sportcraft-ping-pong-powershaft-tt.html] . The rubbers are kinda sticky, so is this a good paddle for spinning?

Hi,

It looks like a reasonable bat.  It is hard to see the quality of the rubber.  Remember this is the main thing about bats of this level.

I don't know how much you are looking at spenidng but you can also look at the PingSkills Rook Table Tennis Bat.  This has the Lion rubber which we have found to be a very good quality for this level of bat.

Choosing a Table Tennis Bat

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
