Hi Alois and Jeff !

Do you sometimes also use a second grip(pen grip)? I ask because it is interesting grip for me..

I like Wang Hao because he is perfect player with this grip. I like use this grip, but i don´t know it.

I tried to find these techniques on this website, but it isn´t here. 

Will you make some lessons about it??

Hi Marian,

We have one lesson on this on Youtube.  Take a look at the lesson on Penhold Techniques for Table Tennis.  This will show you some good techniques with the Penhold grip.

Strawberry Flick

The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.
