'Is there any difference between the grip and hand movement or serve style in shakehand pendulum serve and penhold pendulum serve.How to do a penhold grip backspin serve. How is the wrist movement different in penhold grip than shakehand grip.
Sir, i play as shakehand grip player and i don't know much about penhold grip,so, please help me with it there will be a small tournament between our group players.

Hi Rishabh,
The shakehand grip can be modified for the pendulum serve. You take your three fingers away from the handle and make them into a fist behind the handle.
This allows you to use your wrist exactly add you would for the penhold grip. It is better to use this modified grip which allows you to move back to your normal shakehand grip quickly. We show you this in detail in our lessons on Serving Secrets Revealed.
The kicker serve is one of our "must learn" serves. It's fast, fun, and has lots of topspin. It can be dangerous because if it's not fast enough and if you don't surprise your opponent then they may be able to attack it forcefully putting you on the defensive straight away. Used well though, and sparingly, it can be a great weapon. It can win you a point outright and it will stop your opponent from standing over the table waiting for your short serves since they need to be ready for anything.
