can you explain proper grip and proper wrist movement for doing both serves pendulum as well as reverse pendulum and proper method for doing it
Hi Rahul,
The grip for the Pendulum serve is to take your 3 fingers away from the handle. Then make a fist with them behind the handle. This will allow better wrist movement during the serve.
You can also use this grip for the Reverse Pendulum serve.
The correct movements are shown fully in the Serving Secrets Revealed DVD.

Thanks, I've been wondering for a while too. I have much more trouble with the reverse than the normal.
