How do you do a pendulum serve? Can you teach me the pendulum serve and how to maximize the spin on a pendulum serve?

The best way to learn the Pendulum serve is to get yourself the Serving Secrets Revealed DVD. This covers the topic very fully and will also show you how to do the serve and how to use the serve to develop variations.
It is a matter of getting the grip correct, then getting the starting position of your sevre and the finish position of your serve correct. Then it is a matter of doing it lots and lots of timess before it becomes grooved.

To add to what Alois said. Once you've grooved in the right technique for the pendulum serve after watching the DVD alois suggested you can then move onto how you can use your wrist during the serve. So, when you should snap your wrist on contact.
