I use penhold grip and was wondering if I should choose the Japanese style or Chinese style? Which one is best?

Hi Aron,

Do ou mean having the fingers curled or not on the back?

The fingers curled gives you more flexibility of your wrist and therefore more ability to generate spin. Β The fingers flat on the back give more control.

Choose whichever feels more comfortable for you.Β
