Hi Pingskills.Can i loop with penhold and if it´s possible how do i preform it?

Hi Tim,
Penhold looping has the exact same principles as with shakehand. You can also take a look at our lesson on the Penhold Techniques for Table Tennis.

Forehand Chop
The forehand chop is a defensive stroke played away from the table. It is mainly used by defenders but can also be incorporated into an attackers game when forced away from the table.
