Hello Sir, For a month or so i have been trying to get the serve and the strokes in the both good zones of the tables, But sir i am not able to land on the either of the good zones all the time, what should i do so to like changing the Angle of stroke, power etc.

Hi Aditya,

In training put some targets on the table in the zones you are aiming for.

Also don't be afraid to miss the table on the side.  To be able to get the ball wide it is important that you explore how wide you can go without missing the side.  However to do that you will have to miss wide sometimes.

Keep up the training and focus on this area and it will get better.  It does take time and you will never get very ball exactly where you want.
