Playing in an air-conditioned room

Hi Alois, I noticed that a lot of tournaments are held in air-conditioned(aircon) halls. I've not been used to this environment so I tend to play worse under aircon settings. Are there any pros and cons when playing in aircon halls? same question for non aircon halls.

Hi Jasper,

The air conditioning regulates the temperature of the room.  It is something that you will be able to get used to.

I think the important thing is to think about adapting.  If your technique is good and your mind is open you should be able to adapt to different playing conditions.

If the room isn't air-conditioned and the weather is humid the ball will often slip off the racket due to the moisture.
