How can you do quick diagonal hits across the table without missing the table?

Hi Arran,
The main thing is to hit the ball a little earlier. Try not to tighten the wrist too much when you re doing this as this will drag the ball down or across too far.

Strawberry Flick
The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin.
