Hello i'm facing a problem in my matches  i play with weak people but i lose i'm afraid when smashing and top spinning what should i do.

Hi Abdelrahman,

In a match try to focus on playing your best rather than trying to win the match.  You will get nervous in a big match but try to keep working at playing good Table Tennis.

When making powerful shots you may feel tight especially in the shoulder area.  Focus on what is happening physically there and see if you can keep that area relaxed.

and if the ball is chopped and it's short what should i do ????????

In that situation you can play a push stroke.
