hi.
im a fifteen yr old girl from india, i use anti spin on my back hand ,and joola momba h on my fore hand.
i would like to know as to how best i can use anti spin rubber to my advantage, and at present having dificulty when my opponents open the ball witslow back hand topspin or a fore hand topspin. how do i deal with this and convert it to my advantage.
Hi Ameer,
The main thing with using Anti-spin is to give your opponent a different ball to play. You can also provide variation between the forehand and backhand strokes, giving them a fast ball on the forehand and a slow ball on the backhand.
It is also good for returning serves if you are unsure of the spin. If you can you should think about 'twiddling' changing to use the rubber on the backhand sometimes as well. This will catch your opponent off guard and again provide variation of speed and spin.
