When I play, where should I stand close to the table or away from the table.

I do play from near the table, but I prefer to play from a distance as I get more time to see the ball and decide how to return the ball.

Thank You,

Sahil

Hi Sahil,

Each player has a preferred distance.  Find the distance that feels most comfortable for you.  In general though if you can be closer to the table you will give your opponent less time to react.
