Hey coach today while an extensive traning session i suddenly started to experience some achy feeling in my knee and calf area of my right leg. i use my right hand to play. I'm still experiencing the pain after play. im scared cozz i have a tourney in a week. Please help.

I would go and get it checked. It is always best, especially if you have a tournament coming up soon.
In this session we continue to focus on your footwork. This week we introduce 4 ball footwork drills including my favourite exercise - The PingSkills Drill. We also start work on developing a new serve.
