In this training session you'll continue working on your consistency before focusing on developing a legal serve. Then we'll look at learning a fast serve and then improve your accuracy. We'll finish off the session with a fun game for which you'll need to know the basic table tennis rules.

Nice video and plan for beginners. We frequently get new players at our Senior Center who have not played before or only when they were kids. Many of these drills will be helpful to getting them used to hitting the ball and building in consistency. I'm looking forward to trying them out tomorrow when I play. Thanks.

Where can I buy these targets, please Alois or Jeff? What in fact are they? Thank you! I use small cones, your targets are much better!
Someone made these targets for us and sent them to us. I think it was a one off. They certainly are good!
