Do you know any drills that can speed up your swing, and improve body speed? If you make a video, the drills will come easy because you are the best team ever to teach TT!   THANKS!

Hi Ian,

We cover this in our Premium lessons.  You may have to be patient to get to that one.  It is the week 17 Master Class. In the meantime, watch this video answer!

So when practicing for more speed should we go as fast as possible? Ultimately are we working to go full speed on our swing when in a match situation for all power shots and winners if we are sure we can keep it on the table or is that a waste of energy?

Hi Paul,

It is good to practice at full speed sometimes.  You can even do the first 2 balls at slower speed of each drill and then full speed form there on.  That way you are developing the rhythm and also getting practicing hitting it with power.

If you never hit a ball at full speed in training it won;t happen in a match.
