Hi Alois,
I've recently just purchased a Robo Pong 540, i'm really looking to improve before the start of the season in October. Are there any specific drills you could recommend? I'm looking to be practicing 3 to 4 times per week.
Cheers.
P.S. The lessons are a big help.

Hi Dave,
Think specifically on what you want to improve first.
If it is strokes this is easy, you can set th robot to feed you the appropriate ball to improve that stroke.
If it is something else like movement, again set the robot to place the ball appropriately to make you move.
I think one of the best uses for the robot is to feed you backspin balls that you can practice your topspin stoke. This is something that maay be difficult to practice with a partner.
Try to make sure you practice with good focus though. I have seen a lot of robot practice where the player looks more like the robot that the robot.
The best advice I can give you is to make sure the practice is relevant.
I hope this helps. Let us know your thoughts after practicing with it for awhile.
